Research On Risk Management Of New Model Engine Launch Project In HB Motor Company

The Key word to reach the target of one project is Effective Risk Management;hence,one proper solution for adverse effects is also the most import element of one project.HB motor company new engine launch project will implement all related worked base on risk management concept.All risks which might happened during project will all be recognized,analysis and solved,which will help project reach the final target and also help HB motor company approach its business target.Research is carried out base on three different risk control phase like risk identification,risk evaluation and risk reduction to investigate the very first launch project after the founding of engine plant of HB motor company,by identifying,evaluating and deducting all the risks which might happened during launch phase to advise effective preventive measure to cope with risks.Firstly,this thesis will try to identify all the risks which might happened in different build phases in this project;second,by using expert evaluation method,risk matrix method,Borda ordinal number method and flow chart analysis method to establish one special risk evaluation system for HB motor company new engine plant launch project,by interview experts in new engine plant to collect different opinion about risks,risk matrix method can help to distinguish all risks factor into high,middle and low three different level,and all risks factor can have its own weighted value by using Borda ordinal number method,based on these weight value,the most riskiest event can be clearly picked out in different build phase in launch period;at the end,by setting up working process flow chart and the other project management measure plus actually practice these methods in project to prove the feasibility of these methods.This risk control system can indeed ensure all the projects under progressing going smoothly and also provide valuable idea about how to deal and cope with risks in the future,which guarantee the success of all the launch projects in HB motor company new engine plant.
