Mountain road is an important part of the traffic system in our country,and plays a very important role in the social and economic development.But the mountain road with many twists and turns,but the line is long short distance in a straight line,and the difference of the road terrain is relatively large,the geological conditions are very complicated,which leads to mountain roads often appear some disasters,especially in highway flood damage is most serious,the most common is caused by heavy rainfall for debris flow and landslide inducement to form roadbed gap,subgrade loss,concrete pavement,suspended in 3 categories.According to incomplete statistics,China's annual direct economic losses due to road damage caused by up to 3 billion yuan per.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out the research on the emergency repair method of the missing section of the subgrade caused by the mountain highway flood.But at home and abroad,the research on the repair method of the missing section of Highway Subgrade in mountainous area,especially the emergency repair method can not meet the needs of reality.Especially after the flood season every year,a large number of mountain highway subgrade in the flood or debris flow under the action of the collapse,lack of roadbed and other phenomena,its emergency repair can not meet the actual needs.In this paper,mountain highway washout of subgrade missing section off road form as the research object,aiming at the lack of the long road subgrade off road type,using field investigation and observation,geology,engineering mechanics and structural design principle and other research methods,theoretical analysis by means of scientific research method,model test method and numerical simulation method,follow the mountain road the lack of emergency repair technology path,the formation of Highway Subgrade in mountainous area lack of emergency repair technology section of the path along the cliff,for it can be applied in the actual disaster relief,the people's life and property loss to a minimum.Obtain the following results:(1)based on analyzing the present situation of the lack of domestic and foreign research of mountain highway subgrade on Highway Subgrade in mountainous area were studied the missing type mechanism,points out the deficiencies in the current study,about the emergency repair of the technical aspects of the research is still in its initial stage,put forward the research ideas and methods of this paper.(2)in the mountainous area highway roadbed missing off road disaster,engineering mechanics and structural design principle based on the development of road emergency repair structure,mainly by the anchorage device,plank cantilever beam and lower brace,wood board and railing,and analyzed the overall structure and each component calculation formula and stability.The concrete design method,to take the highway within Yichang Yuanan County as an example,analysis in lower diagonal case,the structure can meet the 12 tons of the following vehicles,the construction of road emergency repair type structure is given.(3)limit for the cantilever beam and the anchoring device connection type suspension road emergency repair of the bearing capacity of the structure of the steel pipe concrete simply supported concrete filled steel tube in the form of test pieces instead of equivalent cantilever form,then through physical experiments respectively analyses the flexural and shear load displacement curves,load strain curves and the moment curvature curve of bending test,summarizes the failure process of constructing two tests,the ultimate bearing capacity of concrete filled steel tubular cantilever beam,the results and the theoretical analysis of the structure is consistent to the result.(4)the lower bracing plank type emergency repair structure is proposed,based on ANSYS Workbench platform,in nine different working conditions of the plank type emergency repair structure was studied by numerical simulation,obtained the stress diagram of maximum displacement,bending moment diagram and shear diagram and typical working conditions,find out the most unfavorable driving position to provide a scientific basis for optimizing the structure.(5)steel pipe concrete cantilever beam fixed end bearing capacity is a controlling factor of the structure bearing capacity,ultimate bearing capacity is consistent through the above three methods obtained,so for lower diagonal plank type emergency repair structure,nine kinds of working conditions can meet the access requirements in numerical simulation.
