Research On Urban Design Strategy Of Core Area In Chang’an Road Based On The Perspective Of Urban Repair

After nearly forty years of rapid development,major cities in China have staged a miracle of rapid development characterized by agglomeration and scale expansion.At the same time,they have gradually emerged a variety of deep-seated contradictions and have evolved into a fierce and acute impact in space.Since the 18 th National Congress of the People’s Republic of China,social and economic development has gradually entered the “new normal” era,the growth rate has slowed down,and the growth mode has been transformed into an intensified and intensive model;at the same time,it has also led to the transformation of urban and rural spatial growth patterns and urban and rural planning methods.Construction has entered a new stage of development.In the past renewal of built-up areas,many issues such as insufficient environmental coordination,high social costs,and insufficient sustainability have emerged.In response to urban renewal and development in the new era,the Party Central Committee and the State Council issued a series of policies and decrees to promote the healthy development of the city.In the 2015 Central Cities Working Conference,it was pointed out that we must effectively resolve all kinds of ’urban diseases’,adhere to intensive development,frame the total volume,limit capacity,revitalize stocks,increase profits,improve quality,and transform the way cities develop.Science defines the boundaries of urban development.On December 10,2016,the National “Eco-restoration and Urban Renovation” work conference was held in Sanya,which clarified the importance of urban double-repair in urban work in the next few years.It was proposed during the period from urban expansion to intrinsic development.The new concept of urban design and the methods for updating urban construction provide guidance for the current renewal of urban built-up areas.This paper takes Chang’an Road District of Xi’an as the research object,combing through the research on urban repair and built-up area renewal,and deep-level research on urban renewal theory and practice at home and abroad,and the applicability of urban design in urban repair.This article summarizes the special issues of Chang’an Road Area from the perspective of urban restoration,and proposes the transformation direction and direction of the planning work of Chang’an Road Area under the guidance of urban remediation,and puts forward two kinds of repair perspectives at the urban design level.The urban patching method,namely the integrated stitching repair strategy and the cut-in catalytic patching strategy,optimizes the built-up area,realizes the intensive use of land,enhances the urban functional quality,and guides the dynamic and sustainable development of Chang’an Road Area.The paper hopes to use the urban remediation as a guide to study the urban design strategy of Chang’an Road District,so as to provide necessary guidance for the renewal work in Chang’an Road District of Beilin District,Xi’an,and enrich the research on urban remediation at the current stage.
