The Design And Study Of B&B Resort Hotel In Tourist Area

In recent years,along with our country tourism resources expansion of the scope and the strategic measures of support around the holiday industry,domestic tourist lodging industry reflects the new focus on tourism scenic accommodation function.In the tourism economy,the production value of the residential sector has become an important driving force for the growth of tourism economy,which has become more and more popular among tourists.The residential sector has existed for a long time in foreign countries and Taiwan,and the academic discussions on the social aspects of the law and architecture are quite abundant.However,the current research on the theory of home stay in mainland China is not sufficient,especially in the recent years,the rapid growth of the residential sector has caused many problems,and has not received enough attention.This paper discusses the design method of the hotel in the tourist scenic area.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part is mainly about the development of the home stay facility and the existing problems are summarized,and the simple introduction to the research status of home stay at home and abroad,and illustrates the article research background,purpose and method.The second part is the overall analysis part of the thesis.Firstly expounds the related concepts of home stay facility type resort and performance characteristics of home stay facility type resort hotel design,and then put forward under the environment of scenic spots the influence factors of home stay facility type resort hotel,indicate the direction is discussed in more detail below.The third part is the main part of the thesis.Enumerated and analyzed through a large number of examples,from the home stay facility type resort hotel overall relationship with the tourism scenic spot environment,tourism scenic spot of home stay facility type design,tourism scenic resort function space of home stay facility type resort architectural form design of the three parties respectively to discuss and research,in order to get some scenic spots of the full performance is under the background of home stay facility type of resort hotel design method.It is hoped that this paper will explore the design method of the tourist resort hotel in the current resort,which will bring beneficial influence and inspiration to its future development.
