| The research is based on the new system and running style of urban design.In view of the some problem such as lack of theoretical guidance and hardly transform of technological achievements in major street design,Combining theoretical research and practical analysis to improve urban d esign environment from technical specifications level and institutional rules level.The study is trying to improve the theoretical mechanism of urban major street design.In China,the valuable experience of designing the important urban streets is paid high attention by the government,which is of momentous significance to the design practice of city.The new "urban design management approach" specifically clear that important streets including seven areas should be under control by detailed management.In the future,it can be seen that important street design will become to a normal type of preparation.Through promoting technical improvement and system construction to improve quality of urban space,which has a strong practical significance.First of all,this paper studies the methods and development of urban important street design,including the theoretical research and practical analysis of urban important urban street design.Discusses the problems exposed in urban street design development.Then give an overview of the empirical projects of important streets,introduce the preparation points of the whole city and the special city design.This paper analyzes the strategies of docking implementation and management in real projects.Comparing achievement of other urban important street design to summarize working methods of urban design docking.Give suggestions on technical methods of urban important street design.At the end of the paper,transform relevant technical research into suggestions for guaranteeing the important street design design in urban key areas.This paper compares the operating environment of the project with the relevant institutional arrangements of the developed countries,and puts forward the conception of the construction in urban security system。In general,the core content of this study,firstly,is a linkage between the theoretical research and the real city important street’s urban design which the author personally involved.This paper summarizes the insuffici ency of the urban design system in China during the operation of the city important street’s urban design project,explores the possibility of project results docking our public policy and spatial planning system,and deeply considers the institutional rou te of guaranteeing the implementation of the compiling results of city important street’s urban design.The second is through comparison of the management experience and malpractice of foreign countries in the development process of city design to expose our country’s operation environment deficiency in city design,and make suggestions on the development of our country’s city important street’s urban design management structure,mechanism,system and operation,put forward a detailed and operational shape design management approach. |
