Research On The Application Of EPC Model In Building Projects

At present,the construction market is undergoing profound changes.The scale of the project is large,the total contract is integrated,the technology process is complex and the specialization of industrial specialization is obvious.Objectively,it requires systematic,scientific and marketable construction management.Not long ago,the Ministry of housing issued the "opinions on further promoting the development of general contracting",which will further deepen the reform of construction industry,and further promote the further integration of domestic construction industry and international construction market.EPC project general contracting model,with high speed and low local construction projects,is the leading mode of the project contract in the international construction market.While accounting for the domestic construction market share of more than 60%housing construction,general contracting model developers have less use of the EPC project,even if some of the government construction project adopted this model contract,but basically by the Real Estate Company on behalf of management,as the final construction of construction enterprises,but little or almost never directly for the construction of housing construction the EPC project contracting.Based on the theory and practical case method,this paper makes a systematic research oin the EPC general contracting mode of housing construction projects combined with the case of housing EPC project management.The main contents are as follows:1.This paper analyzes the development status and characteristics of EPC general contracting mode in China,and the current situation of EPC project in the construction and application.2.The characteristics of housing construction projects,the possibility and Prospect of EPC project in China’s housing construction projects.3.The practice and exploration of the general contract for the EPC engineering of the construction project,taking the Coastal Land project as an example,studied the practice and exploration of the organization,plan management,design management,procurement management and construction management of the project,analyzed the advantages and shortcomings of the projecn operation,and put forward some suggestions for improvement.4.Risk analysis and prevention of general contracting for EPC project of housing construction project.From the analysis of potential risks in four aspects of bidding,design,procurement and construction,the risk prevention measures for project operation are put forward.
