Research On The Development Of Green Space In The Renovation Of Old City In Guangzhou

With the city development,city green space tends to be decentralized,fragmented city by extensive expansion to connotation development,the main way of city renewal as the connotation of the city growth is increasingly becoming the new norm of city development.The old city as the city development relatively lag area,green space expansion with the city carry out renovation work of city construction especially the high density of the old city building has become increasingly important,with rapid increase in the quality of living environment,improve the effect of the appearance of the city.Guangzhou has been a city with a leading position in urban renewal work in the whole country.It is more perfect in the aspects of organization establishment and legal norms than other cities and regions in china.However,there are still some problems such as spatial pattern confusion,low utilization efficiency of land resources and urgent protection of historical culture.In this paper,the old urban renewa l in Guangzhou is taken as the main point,and the green space in the old city of Guangzhou is taken as the main object of study.The basic situation of urban renewal and green space in Guangzhou city is analyzed.The green space of Guangzhou old city is mainly composed of scattered park green space and less protection green land and other green space.Planning is expected to 2020 old city renovation after the green rate can reach 35%,green coverage rate reached 38%,but in the old city of Guangzhou now green rate data with the far,green space can not meet the current demand,a large space for development.In this paper,the old urban areas of Guangzhou are divided into three types: old residential district,urban village and industrial area by functional analysis.Relatively speaking,the old residential green space is better,the region targeted for ancient trees have taken protective measures,while the plant with reasonable,can form a sense of space.Village because of the serious problem of illegally built houses,spatial chaos,lead green rate is very low,or even less than 1%;industrial area because many years ago when considering only the construction building use function,the lack of green space and landscape.O n the whole,the existing greening methods can not change the overall lack of green,and the lack of systematic between the various green spaces,plant configuration needs to be improved.In view of this phenomenon,this paper proposes to speed up the cleaning of the occupied or destroyed green space,fully repair the green space,and adopt advanced ecological technology to expand the green space.Combined with the actual situation of the old urban renewal and green space in Guangzhou,this paper puts forward 5 principles of the expansion of the green space in the old city:(1)Putting people first and increasing public space.(2)Ecological protection,enriching plant resources.(3)Inheriting history and carrying forward traditional culture.(4)Landscape renovation to enhance land value.(5)Perfect green space system to realize sustainable development.At the same time,according to the development situation of Guangzhou District in the city between the same update line,summed up the three types of city renewal,which is based on cultural protection as the main innovation,to improve the environment renovation,in order to change the functional renovation.Finally,this paper will select 22 factors related to the green space,and put forward the evaluation index of the development of green space.In order to more comprehensive display of old city renewal changes before and after the modification,hope that through the establishment of evaluation index table can provide a reference in the transformation of green space development and renewal for the old city of Guangzhou and even the old city.Although different regions will be different,but people-oriented,heritage regional culture and show urban style,is the old city renewal and transformation of the common goal.
