Planning And Research On The Renewal Of Conservation District Of Historic Site Industry Update In Moshikou,beijing

In recent years,people have come to realize that the renewal of industry update of conservation districts of historic sites is the key factor for the future development of protected areas,and industry pattern is the main driving force into the district vitality,which gradually began to increase the degree of concern for business update.However,the lack of systematic research on industry update at present,which often generalize,leading to loss of cultural characteristics,that is hard to support the future development.Moshikou is one of conservation districts of historic sites of Shijingshan District of Beijing,which is the important the Ancient West Peking Path town in history.In 2006,it was listed as the second batch of historical and cultural protection block in Beijing,which has rich historical and cultural resources.But due to the lack of protection planning,a series of problems continue to appear in Moshikou,especially in the local industry development.Now the project of Moshikou conservation districts of historic sites renovation project collaboration planning is in the planning stages of implementation.This paper mainly starts from the actual transformation project,which chooses from the angle of practice in depth analysis,finding the main problems facing the replacement update format.And this paper discusses mainly for conservation districts of historic sites of the type of industry update,the proportion of the scale,spatial distribution,operating mode of industry and so on,which makes the update strategy have more practical value.By the method of field investigation,questionnaires,interviews with residents and other methods,it makes us feel and experience the local industry development situation in person,and seize main problems.Meanwhile,by studying a large number of domestic and foreign related cases,learn from the lessons of their experience as relevant content support,which makes the paper's research achievement have the reference value for the future of conservation districts of historic sites of industry update format to provide a better reference and support.
