| With the deepening of the renewal progress of China’s urbanization construction,the renovation and renewal activities of historic cities continue to advance,and the traditional fabric and features and a large number of immovable cultural relics in the historic district are facing increasingly serious development and construction pressure.The conservation plan of immovable cultural relics and the formulation of relevant regulations on the conservation plan of historic district lack integrity and forward-looking.How to truly integrate the conservation of immovable cultural relics in historic district into the transformation of urban functions and seek more dynamic and diverse guidance for the conservation and management of urban heritage has become a key issue in the construction and renewal of historic district and the conservation of immovable cultural relics in China.Canada has absorbed the different characteristics of heritage conservation of the United Kingdom and the United States.After more than 100 years of development,practice and exploration,Canada has formed a heritage conservation system with its own characteristics.There are many types of cultural heritages in Canada.National Historical Sites,as national-level cultural relics conservation units in Canada,have a sound conservation and management system.Quebec Historic District is Canada’s national historical and cultural city,but also an important world heritage site,has a complete protection structure.Based on the interpretation of conservation and management policies,this paper takes the National Historic Sites in the historic city of Quebec as the research object,induces and analyzes typical cases of conservation practices,and discusses and summarizes the conservation and management strategies of national historic sites in the historic city of Quebec.This article takes the National Historic Sites of Quebec Historic District as the research object,based on the interpretation of conservation and management policies,summarizes and analyzes the typical cases of conservation practice,and discusses and summarizes the conservation and management strategies of the National Historic Sites of Quebec Historic District.The specific content of this article can be divided into the following five parts:Chapter 1 is the introduction,clarifying the background,research purpose and significance of the topic,summarizing the current research status of the heritage conservation of Quebec Historic District at home and abroad,at the same time defining the research objects and related concepts,and formulating the research framework of this article.Chapter 2 is about the conservation overview and conservation policy research part of Quebec Historic District.First,it sorts out the process of Canadian cultural heritage conservation.Secondly,it discusses the evolution of Quebec Historic District and its conservation and management policies.Finally,it focuses on the analysis of the National Historic Sites in Quebec Historic District and their conservation and management policies.Chapter 3 is the analysis and research on the conservation of national historical sites in Quebec Historic District.Based on the basic theory of Canadian Quebec Historic District conservation –“Commemorative Integrity”,combined with typical cases of the conservation practice of Quebec Historic District,the composition of the heritage value,the display of heritage information and the heritage operations and management,and the conservation and management strategies of the National Historic Sites in Quebec Historic District.Chapter 4 is the study of the relationship between the National Historic Sites in Quebec Historic District and the space and environment in which they are located.Through the interpretation of conservation and management related policies,combined with typical cases of conservation practices,starting from the space and environment of the National Historic Sites and the characteristics of the heritage respectively Intensify character-defining elements,the guidance of heritage intervention activities and the integration of heritage and urban functions,and discussing the conservation and management strategies of national historical relics in the urban environment.Chapter 5 is a summary of the experience of the conservation and management strategies of the national historical sites in Quebec Historic District.It summarizes the National Historic Sites and the combination of the National Historic Sites and the environment,and sorts out the specific experiences of the conservation and management of the National Historic Sites in Quebec Historic District.Then compare with the relevant policies of our country to get enlightenment from it,in order to explore the protection and management experience that can be used for reference. |
