| In the course of two thousand years of agricultural society in China,various vernacular architecture heritages with rich value were preserved.In recent years,with the integration of urban and rural development and the "Beautiful Countryside" proposed,an increasing number of people realize the value of the vernacular environment and architecture heritage.The development and utilization of the adaptability of the local architectural heritage has also been put on the agenda.However,due to the vast territory of China,different regions of the political,economic and cultural differences,for a specific geographical adaptation of the development of local heritage heritage can not be generalized,no more routines to follow.Sichuan Tibetan and Qiang soilist village from the southwest of China’s Tibetan and Qiang minority areas,carrying a party to give a distinctive geographical indications,both in architectural art,history and culture,as well as economic and social aspects,have a rich value connotation.However,the current Tusi village of the preservation and use of the status quo is not optimistic.In this paper,from the perspective of architects,in view of the specific types of local architectural heritage-Sichuan Tibetan and Qiang local government workers,put forward the corresponding adaptive development and utilization of design strategies.Firstly,the regional characteristics of the Tibetan and Tibetan soils in the Tibetan and Qiang soil are sorted out,and their general characteristics at the settlement and the architectural level are summarized.Then,on the existing typical Tusi village carried out in-depth and meticulous field investigation,and follow-up design strategy to develop,save the status quo of sorting.On the basis of the above theoretical combing and field investigation,this paper puts forward the design strategy of adaptive development and utilization for the Tibetan government of Tibetan and Qiang in Sichuan,drawing on the general design flow and method of adaptive reuse of old buildings.In addition to the basic principles that need to be paid attention to,focus on the development and utilization of the status quo assessment,functional planning,preliminary concept design to discuss.Status assessment is the basis for the development of adaptive design strategies.By summarizing the status quo of the evaluation of the status quo and the establishment of assessment methods,we get the present situation value distribution radar map of the specific tutor village.Functional planning is the core of the design strategy.Based on the present situation value distribution radar map with typical characteristics of the Tusi Village,combined with domestic and foreign case studies,put forward the corresponding functional replacement possibilities.The initial conceptual design is the presentation of the design strategy.Consider the preservation of the status quo,that is,most of the ruins of the site,focusing on the appropriate design of the transformation of the design.Three links,logical series,complement each other.Finally,the Songgang Tusongzhai village as a sample,the adaptive development and utilization of design practice.This paper explores the adaptive development and utilization strategy of the Tibetan government of Tibetan and Qiang soils through the research of literature,field investigation and case analysis,and supplemented with design practice.With a view to the future practice to provide reference and practice reference. |
