| With the rapid socioeconomic development and the continuous expansion of urban scale,urbanization has entered a new stage of urban-rural integration.This puts forward higher requirements for urban water supply system construction,and water supply quantity,quality and management are facing new challenges.Special planning for water supply is a complicated work.Scientific and reasonable planning and construction for water supply engineering can realize the effective utilization of water resources and promote the sustainable development of economy.This paper studies the urban and rural integrated water supply plan of shanghe County,and the main contents are as follows.(1)The comprehensive water consumption index method of population and the comprehensive water consumption index method of unit construction land were used to predict the near and long-term water demand of Shanghe County.According to the prediction,the recent water demand of downtown Area of Shanghe County is 49,500 m~3/d.Long-term104,100 m~3/d and short-term water demand of villages and towns is 35,000 m~3/d.The forward water demand is 46,700 m~3/d.The maximum daily water demand of Shanghe county in the near and long term is predicted to be 8.45 and 180,800 m~3/d.(2)Through the balance analysis of water supply and water consumption in Shanghe County,it is concluded that the total water regulation and times of Fengyuan Lake reservoir and Qingyuan Lake reservoir are 7.985 million m~3.The recent water regulation is twice a year and the long-term water regulation is 5-6 times a year.The total regulating water volume of Qingyuan Lake Reservoir is 14.795 million m~3,with four recent and four long-term water transfers per year respectively.The guiding ideology of"using more surface water,less groundwater,and taking underground water source as strategic reserve of water supply"and the planning scheme of water source protection are put forward.(3)Shanghe County was divided into three water supply zones,the water balance of the three water supply zones was analyzed,and the water supply planning scheme of Shanghe County was put forward.Fengyuan Water plant maintained its current scale of 20,000m~3/d,and a new long-term construction scale of 55,000 m~3/d was built.The expansion scale of Qingyuan Water Plant reached 60,000m~3/d.The scale of the open source water plant is20,000m~3/d.It is suggested that the four water plants adopt the treatment process of"conventional treatment+ozone activated carbon".At the same time,it is planned to build an industrial water plant in Shanghe Economic Development Zone,with a short-term scale of10,000m~3/d and a long-term scale of 40,000m~3/d.The process of"coagulation+precipitation+filtration"will be adopted.(4)The central urban area of Shanghe County is divided into five water supply network areas,including characteristic town,new town in the west,economic development zone,hot spring base and old town in the east.According to the layout of long-term water supply facilities,the water distribution network in the central city of Shanghe County is arranged in the way of unified water supply.Qingyuan water plant and newly-built water plant provide water to the city in a unified way.The urban water distribution network is mainly arranged in a circular pattern,and branch network is adopted in the border areas.In order to improve the guarantee rate of water supply,the distribution network of villages and towns in Shanghe county mainly adopts the way of branch arrangement,and some areas with conditions can be formed into partial rings.(5)The water supply detection capacity and intelligent construction planning were studied,and a unified computer dynamic management system for pipe network operation was proposed for the central urban area of Shanghe County.A certain amount of residual chlorine,turbidity and pressure on-line detection devices could be set up,and an on-line detection device could be set up for every 10 km~2.Recent information management management planning to set up and improve water supply computer aided scheduling system(SCADA)system,establish a water supply pipe network management information system(GIS),combined with the dynamic mathematical model of the system and the computer aided decision system construction,to realize office automation,establish a standardized,normalized and improve the reasonable intelligent systems,realize computer management. |
