The Intelligent meter is an terminal of the smart grid.It has two-way multi-rate metering functions,user-end control functions,and anti-theft functions.With the increasing development of smart grids,the demand for intelligent user terminals in countries all over the world is also increasing.Therefore,how to speed up the production of intelligent meter,ensure the quality of information in the intelligent meter processing process is particularly important.The main content of this article are as follows:(1)Analyze the characteristics of the process flow for the intelligent meter manufacturing process and the information security requirements for the manufacturing process,and summarize the reading problems of electric tags during the application of the RFID field test system.Then briefly introduce the basic knowledge of RFID technology,including the composition of the RFID system,the memory of the electronic tag,the electronic tag conversation principle in the EPC Global C1G2 protocol,a single electronic tag reading process,and an overview of the writing process.(2)Face to the manufacturing process of intelligent meter,RFID electronic tags containing product information are integrated in the PCB of intelligent meter,aiming at the phenomenon of missed reading and missed writing that may occur in the use of electronic tags,starting from the two aspects of factors and external factors,researches and tests have been conducted on the reading and writing methods of electronic tags.The use of DOE(Design of Experiment)technology simulates the manufacturing site building test platform in a laboratory environment,and selects some external environmental factors and internal factors like the internal properties of the reader,for testing.The combination of the best reading and writing environment parameters is: the vertical height of the tag from the antenna is10 cm,the transmit power of the reader is 30 dBm,the horizontal angle of the label offset center is 20°,and the read mode is automatically set for a single reader.Thesearch mode is Label focus.(3)Through the theoretical analysis,field testing,reader anti-collision algorithm research,the underlying code compiler improvement in several aspects,sum up the reasons that may cause multiple tags to read and write failures,put forward how to improve the reading and writing rate on programs.Under the optimal internal and external conditions,the success rate of multiple tags‘group writing is tested and verified.Through verification,the company's single-phase meter processing and manufacturing process group read success rate reaches 100%,the group write success rate has increased from 76.67% to 83.3%.Effectively realizes the optimization of reading and writing of electronic tags,and provides a reference for the intelligent manufacturing of intelligent meter.
