Water is the source of life, lack of water rather in anemia. However, with the rapid development progress of social science and technology, increasing resources shortage, especially the water has already go hand in hand with our survival. Although our country's total water in the world ranks in the sixth, with the large population, our country's per capita water only 1/4 of the world average level and is listed as 1/13 lack of water countries. Public bathhouse is one of the most seriously waste water places. We can save nearly two-thirds of water if we reasonable use of water. So the purpose of this subject is to design the IC card shower system based on a water flow meter as the billing standard.The core of this subject design is the automatic billing IC card shower system based on a flow meter. The flow meter is a hall-effect switch, it outputs pulse signal and transfers it to the SCM (STC89C52RC) for counting. The SCM is the system-control center and it realizes a RF system. A RF system usually consists of three parts: the reader, antennas and tags. Wireless transmission between the reader and tags rely on coil coupling, when the tags are in the fields of magnetic, after passive tags receiving the reader's radio-frequency signal, tags get power by virtue of inductive current to transmit signals to the reader that were stored in tags, when the reader reads signals and decodes then were sent to the SCM for the next data-processing and nixie tubes display it timely. Readers realized by the SCM are slave computers and the SCM send the processed-data to host machine by RS-485 Bus, then a master-slave type multicomputer communication shower system is formed. The whole system uses the modular design method, this method can decrease the whole system design's complexity and difficulty.In order to make this system much more completely, I also necessary to design a storage system, the storage system can timely keep consumption records that transmitted from slave computers, so that all the users can inquire records of consumption and the business owner can clearly know everyday business condition, too . The subject use the ACCESS Local Data Base, Delphi's ADO data base access technology and SQL query language can rapid and easy to realize it.
