At present,there are many student hostels,factory workers' dormitories and rental housing.In these places,they still use the one electric meters are divided into multiple electric meters for power supply,Administrator use manual meter reading method,waste time and energy,and when the user arrears,unable to close user's power supply.For this reason,I summarize and analyze the current research status of the meter reading system and its core smart meter,by comparing various design options,I designed an intelligent meter reading system based on Arduino that suitable for residential quarters.This system adopts Arduino development platform,and its core processor is ATmega328.The chip has advanced RICH structure and high throughput,and can solve the delay problem of data processing in smart meters,Moreover,the memory durability of the chip is high,the data is not easy to lose,and the data can be stored for 20 years,which can solve the problem that the data of the smart meter is easy to be lost.In addition to the chip peripheral feature rich,there are multiple timers,1 independent oscillator,six PWM channels,six 10 bit ADC,the plug-in circuit of smart meters is greatly reduced,improving the stability of system operation,reducing the cost of production of smart meters.This system chooses the Arduino development platform which is more popular at present,using ATmega328 as the core processor,using ADE7755 meter chip to collect the data of each user.These data are processed in the processor,and then uploaded to the main collector,and then sent to the computer through the serial port.PC program written by Delphi,used for data processing,operation,query.In the process of the design of the main use of Proteus circuit simulation,sample can greatly reduce the circuit structure,functional verification and other research and development process,improve the efficiency of the design.This intelligent meter reading system can upload every user data to the computer room at any time.The system has the following characteristics:observation convenient,high measuring accuracy,easy installation and maintenance,low production cost,low maintenance cost,management convenient.It can not only alleviate the labor intensity of the meter reading personnel,reducing the error caused by human factors,but also has the advantages of fast reading speed,good real-time reading.
