With the advancement and development of civil aviation,airline air crewmembers act as a catalyst for the company.On the one hand,they undertake the dual role of service and security in the organization.On the other hand,female cabin crew attendants,along with the development of the organization,also have career management problems,like increasing complexity and urgency.The training of flight attendants’ career planning,as well as the increase of courses and practice links to the development of the company,the coverage and use of front-line employees from management to promote the implementation of corporate culture and corporate strategy.For the long-term potential value of human resources training,increase effective measures to retain talents,identify the reasons that hinder the rapid improvement of cabin service quality,and find solutions to improve employee satisfaction to help enterprises achieve rapid and balanced development.Using the methods of career cognition theory,career development theory,and career management theory,this paper uses questionnaires,interviews,and use of search data and interviews to understand the attitude and problems of flight attendants in career management.Put forward suggestions for management,and through comparative analysis and case study methods,cabin crews need more incentives and care in their career development studies.According to the research conclusions,the proposed measures to strengthen the career development management study for cabin attendants include:cultivating positive aesthetic ability,shaping special skills,and developing project-team-based skills that focus on the occupational characteristics of air crew members and improving information communication mechanisms.Improving the compensation for flight attendants and other compensation proposals has made up for the protection countermeasures for the protection of the flight attendants’ personal rights,and has opened up new ideas for the cabin crew’s difficulties in the right to life and research on the way out.
