Countermeasures For Public Transport Management In Chengjiang County Based On Stakeholders

Public transport is not only the embodiment of the comprehensive strength of the city,but also the symbol of the level of urban development.In recent years,the rapid development of urban public transport in China,the extensive use of advanced science and technology,the increase of infrastructure construction,and more convenient travel for the masses.But with the accelerated development of urbanization in our country,with the enlargement of city scale,technology and information technology penetration,and the diverse needs of residents travel mode,city public transportation development there are still many difficulties and problems,and facing new challenges.Especially as the principal part of county economy and the rapid development of the small and medium-sized city,city road because of weak foundation,public transportation planning and construction lag,personal transportation holdings increase and other factors,the traditional way to travel and public traffic problems still exist contradiction and competition,resulting in the development of public transport in an awkward position.Chengjiang county is located in the core area of Kunming one hour economic circle,with the opening of the Chengcheng high-speed and high-speed Kunming East Ring Road,as well as the implementation of the strategy of developing tourism industry,Chengjiang location advantage and traffic advantages become more prominent,the development of city traffic conditions will be greatly improved.At the same time,with the development of the economy,especially the ecological and cultural tourism industry continued to upgrade and medical and health level rising,the next few years there will be a large number of floating population influx to the originally fragile public transport system will pose a great challenge.However,due to the fact that public traffic management is not scientific at present,which is not compatible with urban development and market demand,management has become a key constraint factor for the development of public transport.This paper takes Chengjiang County case study as the starting point,to study the status of Chengjiang county public traffic management,the various stakeholders involved in the development of public transport areanalyzed and summarized,and put forward the measures based on the balance of interests relations,will have an important role in the reality of public traffic management and the development of Chengjiang.
