Along with the globalization of economy and industry competition intensifies,the economic development of China is in the stragegic transition at this stage.Since China’s economy into the new normal,the construction industry is facing very severe and complex investment and industry environment.In the domestic economic environment,the construction enterprises are facing more and more problems,such as lower profits,excessive competition,irregular management,and so on.Construction enterprises must seek breakthrough,seek development,realize the transformation and upgrading.Kai Hui group is a collection of housing construction,municipal utilities,steel structure,decoration,landscaping,water conservancy and hydropower as one of the private enterprises.It has rich experience in construction,has a certain amount of resources and capacity.However,faced with the adjustment and upgrading of the industry,business development is extremely vulnerable to the impact of the environment,the need to adjust the development strategy to ensure the survival and development of enterprises.This paper insists on the combination of theory and practice,with the Kai Hui group as an example,the characteristics of China private enterprises as the starting point,located on Kai Hui group’s external environment such as market environment,industry background,using PEST method and Potter five forccs model,detailed analyzing the surrounding situation。Then using the comprehensive research on Kai Hui group internal and external environment of the value chain analysis,SWOT strategy analysis on facing internal and external problems in transition atape group met the challenges and opportunities,develop the company’s restructuring and development strategy.Then the paper research on enterprise strategic change and management change,and discusses the management mode change,organization change and process change of construction enterprise based on BIM technology,so that the organization can adapt to ecology and environment,and achieve the unity of ecology,organization and human.Hope to provide reference and help for other companies that facing the same problem.
