| With the shift of economic growth rate from rapid to mid-rapid,China’s economic and social is stepping into the state of new normal.In order to adapt to new social and economic environment,national development strategies for the supply side need to reform,especially for the upper end of the industrial chain of manufacturing enterprises.In order to adapt to the new economic environment,corporates should adjust or maintain their former strategy.To achieve sustainable development of target,and enterprise long-term survival of management target,enterprise must constantly change strategy.This paper begins with the motivation of selecting enterprises to change,through reviewing the literature,combing the research results at home and abroad,and categorizing the factors affecting enterprise transformation into three levels: external environmental factors,internal environmental factors and subjective influences.To the availability of data,this paper finally establishes an evaluation index system that affects the strategic transformation of engineering equipment enterprises,including three dimensions,of which external environmental factors mainly include macroeconomic factors,industrial environmental factors,competitive environmental factors,and business environment.There are four indicators of factor work;internal environmental factors mainly include five indicators:enterprise development level,enterprise organizational structure,business performance,enterprise creativity,and corporate culture;subjective factors include enterprise manager factors,change behavior factors,and corporate goals.And Vision Builder 3 indicators.After determining the evaluation index system of influencing factors,this paper mainly gives a corresponding weight to each key influencing factor,and finally takes Liugong Group as an example to carry out the weights of Liugong Group’s strategic change influencing factors.The scoring,at the same time,judges whether the key influencing factors have a competitive effect on the strategic transformation of the enterprise,or a reverse promotion.Finally,the external factor evaluation matrix is used,and the relative weighted scores of each key influencing factor are given.Finally,all the scores of the obtained influencing factors are weighted and added together to obtain the sum score of the strategic change of the enterprise,thereby judging whether the enterprise needs to change.After the research of this paper,it is concluded that Liugong Group’s total weighted score is 3.03 points,indicating that the change of influencing factors makes the current strategy of the company and the original development direction of the company are not matched.Liugong Group needs to do a certain degree of strategic change.Therefore,this paper proposes policy recommendations for strategic change from five aspects: establishing a strategic change management team,selecting an adaptive strategic change model,coordinating the dynamic relationship between new strategies and organizational elements,establishing a firm corporate vision,and enhancing the corporate strategic learning mechanism.Measures to provide some reference and reference for the strategic transformation of Liugong Group. |
