Research On The Internal Control Of Household Electrical Appliances Enterprises

Household electrical appliance Enterprises play an important role in China's economic strength and improvement of people's living standards.Internal control also runs through the entire process of enterprise development.It is the most important enterprise structural framework in modern enterprises.One company has sound and complete internal controls.The institutional system is crucial to its future development.It can also make the company more scientific in corporate governance,and the company's development strategy can be better implemented to reduce operational risks.At the same time,with the official release of the "Basic Norms for Corporate Internal Control," China's internal control development path has begun to become clear,and it has also accelerated the pace of internal control development.However,the rapid development of internal control will inevitably lead to some inaccurate and incomplete research processes and results,making it difficult for home appliance companies to truly use internal controls.The economic environment at home and abroad is changing with each passing day,and competition is fierce.The organizational structure,human resources management,development strategies,risk assessment standards,information transmission methods,procurement inventory,sales and collections are all complex and changeable.The development of China's home appliance industry has been austere.After experiencing a period of low tide,the global economy began to heat up in2017.Many single-type home appliance companies have developed into comprehensive enterprises.The rapid development of home appliance enterprises also makes the internal control defects show up.The lack of internal control,the formalization of internal control operations,and the multiple roles of one person,the internal management concept of management team lags behind the world average,and the development strategy is radical.In such a large environment,home appliance companies may evolve internal control procedures too complex and may also be too simple to understand internal controls.Internal control runs through every link of the enterprise,helping companies to better achieve strategic goals,improve corporate governance,and control financial costs.Thehousehold appliance industry should pay attention to the future development of internal control and establish an internal control system that suits itself.The center of this study is the internal control of the home appliance industry.First,based on the internal and external internal control development history,the concept,function and elements of internal control are repositioned.Second,the main problems in the internal control of the home appliance industry are presented.Then,based on the example of a domestic household electrical appliance company M electrical company,which is based on a simple understanding of the company's size,organizational structure,and financial status,the company's internal control system was surveyed and described at the same time.The important aspects of internal control were analyzed.Find out the possible problems in the internal control construction and system operation of M electrical appliances,and also find out its advantages in internal control.Finally,based on the full-text study,we summarized how the home appliance manufacturing enterprises should strengthen internal control,that is,enlightenment on the development of internal control in the industry.This article will combine the advantages of internal control that M-Electric Appliances are worth learning for other companies in the industry,as well as the lessons learned from other companies in the industry that merit their existence.Explore how to proceed from within the enterprise,improve the internal control mechanism,help companies do a good job of risk management,and provide guarantees for enterprises to better implement the development strategy.
