With the acceleration of economic growth and globalization,the concept of environmental friendliness is gaining more and more popularity,and China's industrial construction is also following the global industrial wave and moving towards a systematic and scientific international standard.As the pillar industry of national economy,the development of electric power industry reflects the development level of Chinese economy.The energy power plant established in the form of co-generation is an internationally recognized energy-saving power generation method.Its smooth construction not only meets the development standards of the current power industry,but also plays a certain optimization role in the industrialization construction and industrial structure adjustment of the project location.As a result,more and more attention to the development of thermal power project in our country,and thermoelectric project risk management level is an important factor of affect the smooth construction project,the thermoelectric project managers should attach importance to the project risk identification,risk control and risk prevention,reduce the loss caused by risk of the project,and improve the efficiency of the thermal power project.This paper mainly includes the following research contents:Firstly,the research status at home and abroad is analyzed from three levels:risk management,project risk management and thermal power project risk management.Secondly,the theoretical basis of risk and risk management is clarified,and several tools of risk identification and risk analysis are introduced.Thirdly,the risk factors of WF coastal thermal power project were identified by using interview method,brainstorming method and expert investigation method,and the risks of the project were analyzed and evaluated by using expert scoring method,risk matrix method and Borda sequence value method.Fourthly,according to the conclusions of the project analysis,the targeted research will identify the countermeasures against risks,especially the top five risk coping strategies.Fifthly,according to the deficiencies found in the project survey,analyze and discuss the management measures of risk monitoring;Finally,through the summary of the content of this paper,analyze the exsting limitations and future prospects.Through the research on the risk management of WF coastal thermal power project,under the guidance of the basic theory of risk managem ent,16 risk factors under the three macro elements of the therm al power project were identified and analyzed,and the risk matrix of the project was established based on the risk acceptance degree of the project builder,and the importance degree of risk factors was ranked.According to the risk factors,the technique and management method of combining risk control measures are put forward.The research results of this paper have been Shared with the builder in the hope of improving the risk mnagement level of the project.
