Research About The Impact Of Community Information Platform On Community Satisfaction

With the information age coming,information and communication technology(ICT)has begun to permeate the lives of residents,and has brought great influence on the residents' economic activities,lifestyle and communication and entertainment.Therefore,the scholars in the geography and planning circles have begun to pay attention to how to use ICT to improve the quality of residents,and expect to guide the innovation of the community governance and service mode.Promote the development of the smart city by the construction of smart community.The research on community satisfaction and its related factors is arranged in this paper.The domestic and foreign research has been carried out,from a single concern to the objective establishment of the environment to gradually paying attention to the social factors such as community interaction.But in the era of information society,the research on the community satisfaction is lack of paying attention to information communication technology.The quantitative research of community satisfaction is short of researching information and communication technology on satisfaction.The research of smart community mainly puts forward the framework and path of smart community construction from the perspective of qualitative theory.Therefore,it is significant to discuss the impact path of community information platform on community satisfaction and to propose the policy suggestions of smart community construction based on the results of data support.In the empirical part,three types of communities in Nanjing was investigated.The content of the questionnaire includes the use of ICT,community support and so on.On the basis of the comparison and analysis of the basic characteristics of various indicators,the measurement index of the using level of the community information platform is constructed.The analysis shows that the community information network in Nanjing presents a phenomenon of high popularity rate and low frequency of using.On the basis of the measurement of the level of community information platform,a structural equation model is established.The model results show that the community information platform improves the satisfaction of the residents by expanding the community network and improving the satisfaction of community service,and the environment satisfaction has a positive impact on the social support,but less than effect of online platform.Social support is an important factor to improve residents' satisfaction.Then,analysis of samples from different age groups and different types of communities was conducted to explore the difference of influence paths.Finally,based on the results of quantitative analysis and the investigation of the community in Nanjing,some suggestions are putted forward.Firstly,use information platform to build a people-oriented community planning system.Secondly,we should improve the pertinence of intelligent construction and adjust measures to local conditions.Thirdly,combine online and offline activities and reshape community spirit culture.The whole thesis contains about 44000 words,46 pictures and charts.
