With the network operation of high-speed rail,the passenger capacity of the railway has been further released,which has strengthened communication between cities and promoted the economic development of the city.At the same time,China’s internationalization is deepening,and more and more international students come to China and enjoy high-speed rail services.By studying the needs of international student passengers and mastering their satisfaction with high-speed rail services,it is of great significance to improve the quality of high-speed rail services,promote the development of high-speed rail,help economic prosperity,and enhance China’s external image.First of all,this paper makes a literature review from the perspective of theoretical development history and application in the industry.Secondly,the existing literature base and foreign railway operation experience are combined to analyze the characteristics of high-speed rail service.Based on the satisfaction of passenger high-speed rail service,considering the additional demand of international students,the high-speed rail service is summarized from seven aspects: station service,commercial service,train service,catering service,self-service ticket service,commitment and guarantee service,and extended service demand.After that,according to the status quo of China’s high-speed rail service,a questionnaire survey was conducted among students studying in Sichuan to determine the factors affecting satisfaction,and a high-speed rail service satisfaction index system for international students was constructed.Finally,the comprehensive weighted comprehensive evaluation method and multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to obtain the comprehensive evaluation results of satisfaction,and the evaluation results are analyzed by means of the importance-satisfaction analysis method,and the targeted improvement suggestions are put forward.The evaluation results show that the evaluation results of high-speed rail service satisfaction of international students obtained by using two kinds of satisfaction comprehensive evaluation methods are consistent.In the evaluation process,the experts determine that there is a certain degree of subjectivity in the degree of membership,and there are subtle differences in the evaluation results of some indicators.In future research,this needs to be improved.The research results of this paper provide reference for the service strategy formulation and service quality improvement of relevant departments of high-speed rail.
