The urban community is the home of the residents of the urban community to live and work in peace and content. It is the basic unit of grassroots social governance. As a kind of emotion of residents to the community, the sense of community belonging affects the residents' love, identification and attachment to the community. It is an important prerequisite for determining the existence and development of the community. In the context of strengthening urban fine management, according to the living community with similar characteristics in the field,if the individual residents and community types are classified and governed,it will help to enhance the residents' sense of belonging to the community.Residents as the main body of the community, their personal factors, such as differences in residence time,socio-economic status and community social relations, will make residents have different identity and sense of belonging to the community. At the same time, the community is the place of daily life of the residents. The different types of communities make the characteristics and material conditions of the community different, which directly affects the satisfaction and sense of belonging of the residents to the community. In this study, the community type is divided into old community, mixed community and commercial housing community.Above, this article will study the relationship between residence time, socioeconomic status, community social relationship, community type and community belonging based on the theory of classified governance and put forward corresponding countermeasures. In this paper, the questionnaire method is the main research method, and four communities in Shanghai Kangjian Street and 449 residents in the communities are taken as the research objects.Correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the relationship between residence time,socio-economic status, community social relationship and community belonging. The analysis of variance was used to analyze the relationship between community type and community belonging. The results show that residence time and the social relationship of the community have a positive impact on the sense of community belonging;the socioeconomic status has no effect on the sense of community belonging;the type of community is different, the sense of community belonging is also different. It shows that the sense of belonging of the old community is higher than that of the mixed community and the sense of belonging of the mixed community is higher than that of the commercial housing community.Based on the classification governance theory, the influencing factors of community belonging will be studied. On the one hand, the factors influencing community belonging will be systematically summarized and verified to fill in the lack of previous research and enrich the sense of community belonging Theoretical perspective. On the other hand, this article proposes more targeted governance countermeasures, such as making full use of the internal resources of the community and integrating "new and old residents";deepening the lives of residents and understanding the needs of residents;strengthening the frequency of residents 'interactions and maintaining the social relations of residents' communities;Customized and refined governance. This has very important practical significance for improving the sense of belonging of the residents' communities on the ground and also promotes the development of community classified governance.
