| The urban agglomerations of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Great Bay Area, formed by Guangzhou,Foshan,Zhaoqing,Shenzhen,Dongguan,Huizhou,Zhuhai,Zhongshan and Jiangmen and two special administrative regions of Hong Kong and Macao.Because of its geographical advantages,it has become the frontier of China’s reform and opening up,and has played a leading role in the economic and social development of the country. It is of great practical significance to study whether the current urban public transport matches the urban social and economic development and whether the existing urban public transport space has any defects. This thesis collects relevant social, economic and traffic data of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Great Bay Area on the internet, and uses the spatial analysis module of ArcGIS to conduct multidimensional analysis on its current economic and social development pattern, center system evolution and comprehensive traffic characteristics. The entropy method is used to determine the weight of evaluation index, and the overall evaluation index system is constructed from the aspects of transportation and socio-economy.Comparing the various evaluation methods, the appropriate evaluation model is selected. The super-efficiency CCR Data Envelopment Analysis is used for comprehensive evaluation, analysising public transport matching ability in different cities at the same time and the same city at different times. Finally, the paper explores the spatial pattern and distribution pattern of the public transportation network and the site, using the five indicators of bus station coverage, bus station density, bus line length, bus line density, and repeatabilityand campared with the urban construction land, various types of infrastructure and urban road network using Geoda Spatial Autocorrelation and LISA Clustering. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The matching of urban public transport in the Great Bay Area has generally declined in recent six years. The overall public transport and urban development of the city in the Great Bay Area have a low degree of matching. The development of public transport lags behind the development of the city.On the whole, these cities can be divided into four types according to the annual average matching.Public transport ahead of the regional development,Hong Kong and Foshan;Public transport matching regional development,Guangzhou and Shenzhen;Public transport still developing regions,Zhuhai,Zhongshan,Dongguan;Public transport lags behind areas,Huizhou,Jiangmen,Zhaoqing, and Macau. The matching of public transportation in core cities of urban agglomerations is generally relatively high, and there is a large gap of the matching of public transportation in eleven cities.(2)The spatial distribution pattern of public transport has obvious features of centrality and marginalization. The urban central area of each city is relatively high,in the coverage of bus stations is high, and the bus line density and repeatability coefficient. From the transitional areas of the cities to the fringe areas, the public transport stations and lines have low indicators. There is also a core edge model among cities just like the matching piont.(3)Public transportation facilities in the urban built-up areas along the coastline of the Bay Area are densely distributed and highly utilized. From the coastline of the Bay Area to inland areas, the distribution of public transport facilities is gradually sparse, and the level of public transport services is relatively low.The spatial distribution of public transportation facilities is high in the east and low in the west along the Bay Area. |
