With more and more reports on the media at the PM2.5 and haze weather,the green building in the vertical and top surface of the building has been paid more and more attention,and it has become a recognized sunrise industry.A number of Chinese local government introduced incentives to encourage the development of three-dimensional green,and is widely used in many places,emerged in the three-dimensional green professional production,design,construction,through the patent formulation,project demonstration,product promotion and other ways and means to seize the right to speak of the market.Therefore,as a newly established three-dimensional greening enterprise,it is particularly important to establish the right initial competition strategy,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,and gain a firm foothold in the market.Starting from the practice of L company,the paper uses the method of literature research and case analysis,and analyzes the internal and external competitive environment of the three-dimensional greening industry by using Potter's competitive strategy theory,five force analysis model,SWOT analysis method and positioning theory,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of L company,thus making a correct formulation of the initial creation of the L company.According to the analysis,The cost leading strategy is not suitable for the start-up of the L company,the differentiation strategy is the most suitable competitive strategy of L company in the early days.L company has a unique advantage in product development and production.In the later period,it needs to transfer this advantage to customers and create unique products and services for customers.The conclusions of this paper can provide some inspiration for start-ups,find a suitable subdivision customer group,set the competition strategy and establish competitive strategy,so as to go further in the development of enterprises.
