As a non-polluting and renewable energy wind power has a great developing potential, and is also being valued increasingly as a high efficient and clean energy. At abroad, when it comes to the off-blast period, related staff will check the device, in which it necessarily includes examination of the fan blade. Every wind factory has a blade maintenance platform of nearly million RMB. Maintenance personnel could check each blade from the bottom. So in a foreign country, it is fixed items to the examine, clean, maintain and fix the fan blades, but at home we still have nothing to do on this point on the1.5MW and3MW land fans and3MW and5MW see fans. with the yearly growing contradiction between the large amount of maintenance work and the maintenance equipment, it will eventually restrict the healthy development of China’s wind power energy.Combine with the design requirements of the subject, make sure the main design parameters of the fan blade maintenance platform, using of Solidworks3D design software completes the draw of the overall structure, and for the main parts and bar’s type and size parameters of the fan blade maintenance platform selects and designs, according to the overall structure of the platform, through the analysis research has identified three typical dangerous condition, calculate the platform in each hoisting position with the live load changing and the maximum load generated by the maximum lifting force, so as to determine the type of hoist, ANSYS software platform balance mechanism of the stiffness and strength check.Using ANSYS12.0analysis software static analysis function, under wind load two kinds of working status and three kinds of dangerous condition studies strength and stiffness of the fan blade maintenance platform. In static analysis model based on fan blade maintenance platform on the dynamics analysis, including modal analysis and transient dynamic analysis; In the condition of meeting strength and stiffness requirements of the fan blade maintenance platform structure, with the aid of the ANSYS software to fan blade maintenance platform structure optimization improvement, reduce the cost of production, improving the economic benefit.
