With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the scale of urban population is increasing,and the sustainable development of cities is facing many challenges.In the new era,the construction of park city provides a new development model for the city,which requires the establishment of people-centered service ideas and the urban green space as an important public service facility to meet the people’s better life.However,at present,the real dilemma of mismatch between the supply of urban park green space and the demand of residents restricts the quality and efficiency of park green space services.The addition of urban park green space has become one of the important ways to achieve the fair layout of green space,but under the background of stock renewal,land in urban high-density built-up areas is scarce,and it is extremely difficult to add new green space.Informal Green Space(IGS)is an important type of urban green space(in a broad sense),which does not belong to the scope of planning,but has the characteristics of unmanaged and covered spontaneous vegetation,and has important values such as improving the fairness of green space and increasing urban biodiversity.Under the background of urban stock renewal,IGS,as a part of urban green infrastructure,is an important carrier to realize the optimization and function improvement of urban green space system and allevia te the unfair distribution of green space resources.Taking Gulou District of Xuzhou City as the research scope,this thesis studies the potential and priority of Informal Green Space for improving the fair ness of urban parks,and proposes an optimization scheme for the layout of urban parks with the goal of improving the fairness of green spaces.The study includes the following three contents:(1)Measurement of fairness of green space in Gulou District.The Gaussian Two-step floating catchment area method(Ga2SFCA)was used to calculate the accessibility of green space in the residential community park in Gulou District,and its spatial distribution characteristics were summarized,and the fairness index of green space in Gulou District was obtained by the Gini coefficient calculation method.(2)IGS evaluation of its potential to improve the fairness of park green spaces.The above method was repeated to add each IGS to the original park green space layout,evaluate the change of the green space fairness index in Gulou District after IGS is included in the green space system,determine the potential of IGS to improve fairness according to the increase of the index,and screen out IGS with greater potential for improving the fairness of green space as the site selection point for new park green space.(3)IGS renewal park green space path study.According to the characteristics of location,scale,land tenure,site status and other attrib utes,three IGS renewal paths are proposed: land use transformation mode,tem porary use mode,and functional composite mode,and the implementation guar antee mechanism of IGS update is studied from the aspects of overall planning,establishment of resilience renewal mechanism,emphasis on community participation,and promotion of fund balance.The results show that:(1)IGS is an important carrier to supplement urban green space and improve the fairness of green space,and plays many ecosystem service functions such as leisure and recreation,mitigation of stormwater risk,and heat island effect;(2)The green space of the park in Gulou District of Xuzhou City is in a serious unfair state,and the Gini coefficient of the current green space of the park is as high as 0.79;(3)78.46% IGS has different degrees of effect on improving the fairness of the park green space in Gulou District,and the surface,linear and point IGS has the same important role in improving the fairness of the park green space,and equal attention should be paid to it;(4)The size of IGS is not positively correlated with its potential to improve equity,but is related to the distribution of existing green spaces,residential communities and the number of residents around IGS. |
