Nowadays the development of computer and network technology has been changing with each passing day.With the advent of Internet + era,Geographic Information System(GIS),as an interdisciplinary subject of mapping technology and computer technology,is becoming more and more diversified.In recent years,open source projects in the rapid development of the world,and GIS software also began to be open-source increasingly.Open-source GIS software in the national grid application is not too much,and China is vigorously developing smart grid currently,open-source GIS software applied to the national grid is undoubtedly for the development of power grid GIS has opened up a new research direction.In this paper,the development of 3D grid WebGIS project is based on the project of Power Big Data Platform.The purpose of this paper is to show the relevant calculation model and data mining results of the Power Big Data Platform by 3D visualization.This paper starts from this purpose.This paper studies the development and implementation of open-source 3D WebGIS system based on Cesium.In-depth researching and studying the WebGIS system architecture,implementation model,spatial database management mode and a series of open-source projects and technologies such as Tomcat,GeoServer,PostgreSQL,OpenLayers,Cesium and other,this paper proposes the use of this series of open-source technology for the development of WebGIS,which achieves the basic functions of GIS,and completes the task of the three-dimensional display of computational model and data mining results of the Power Big Data Platform.
