| With the advancement of time,the construction industry in China is continuously developing,from traditional cast-in-situ buildings to modern prefabricated buildings.In the development process,construction workers play a very important role,and the changes in construction methods have raised the overall comprehensive quality and technical ability requirements of construction workers.However,at present,the human capital stock of construction workers is not high,and it is difficult to adapt to the development of construction transformation and upgrading.At the same time,the internal structure of the construction worker group has changed,and the new generation of construction workers has become the main force of the team.Therefore,improving the human capital investment level of construction workers is a key way to promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,and is also a powerful engine for promoting the development of construction industrialization.This article mainly analyzes the human capital investment of construction workers.Firstly,on the basis of human capital theory,this paper proposes a theoretical perspective on human capital investment for construction workers,and analyzes the basic situation and employment differences of construction workers during the development of building industrialization.Secondly,by searching for relevant literature,theories,and combining practical experience through the Internet,select an indicator system to measure the level of human capital investment of construction workers,and build a basic measurement model.Use SPSS24.0statistical software to analyze the data from the questionnaire survey.Use the variance contribution rate to determine the weight coefficient,and obtain a measurement model to compare the degree of human capital investment of construction workers and investment differences between generations.Based on the measured results,this paper analyzes the difference of human capital investment level of construction workers and the intergenerational difference of investment.Finally,a case study is made to measure the investment level of construction workers’ human capital and the existing inter-generational difference by using the index system and measurement model,finally,some feasible suggestions are put forward to improve the stock of human capital investment.In this paper,we find that the investment direction of construction workers is education,health and migration,and there are inter-generational differences in investment.At the same time,the level of human capital investment in construction workers of the new generation,with higher education and shorter service years,is higher.This will help the construction managers to master the direction and degree of Construction Workers’ investment,find a way to solve the inter-generational differences in investment,and improve the overall quality and technical ability of construction workers to adapt to the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry. |
