Research On The Key And Difficult Points Of Construction And Management Of Sewage Pipeline Project

Sewage pipes are the city's "intestinal" system,which is responsible for the transport and handling of urban excreta.At present,there are some outstanding problems in the construction and management of most urban sewage pipeline projects in China.For example,the sewage pipe network does not match the specifications of the sewage plants;the reconstruction and updating process of the old sewage pipes network is rather slow;the construction management still has defects;the information level of management is relatively low.The solution of these problems is the key and difficult point in the construction and management of sewage pipelines in China.A sewage pipeline project in Shaoxing city had the characteristics such as the precise measurement of the on-site inspection and positioning data,various pipelines crossing environment,long pipeline length,high ground water level of the project,high standard requirements for the closed water test,tight schedule and so on.At the same time,in order to ensure the high quality,safety,scheduled completion and cost controlling of the sewage pipeline project,strict and targeted construction management was carried out in the practice.In this paper,the management of construction quality,safety and civilization,progress,cost and rainy season construction was studied and summarized.Through the methods of literature collection,field visit and comparing,this paper studied the construction and management of the sewage pipeline project in Shaoxing,analyzed the key and difficult point of the project,discussed the major points,existing problems and preliminary countermeasures of sewage pipeline projects of plain cities with densely covered rivers such as Shaoxing,so as to provide reference for the construction and management of the sewage pipeline projects in this type of cities.
