Study On Quality Management System Of W Sewage Pipeline Project

The project construction need to develop scientific construction plan, feasible, equipped with professional construction team, the implementation of total quality control, the project construction process, only in this way, the engineering quality can be guaranteed effectively,and the enterprise reputation and competitiveness can be enhanced. Yundong Sewage Pipes Project in Wujiang Economic Development Zone in Jiangsu Province, China (hereinafter referred to as "W sewage pipeline project")is a major municipal infrastructure project for the city applying for national economic development zone, where it plays a vital role for the environment, which aims to protect the quality of ground water and improve investment environment. This dissertation puts forward problems and difficulties in quality management of the construction and summarise solutions for this project and its kind.In this paper,firstly,researched the problems and causes of W project phase I.Secondly,made the quality management system of W Project,which incorporates 4 sub-systems, namely, quality management for project establishment,development,implementation, inspection, acceptance and operation. The key to quality management during project establishment lies in control of construction blueprint design and to preparation of project site. The key to quality control major construction materials and equipment is major construction materials quality controls and .construction equipment quality control. In construction implementation process, the key to process quality control includes fundamental requirements, highlights and approaches. The key to construction personnel quality control are in staff number, types of jobs, personnel qualifications. In terms of construction environment control, the key is in environmental and underground pipelines protection.Meanwhile, this thesis points out that implementation guarantee measures requires optimizing organization guarantee authority, the management system,supervisory agencies quality supervision procedures and utilizing dynamic quality inspection and review.This thesis accomplishes the goal of building construction quality management system for W Project for its construction company management, and finds the key, guarantee measures to this system, suggesting guidance and reference for the construction and its kind.
