Yitong River as the Changchun City’s biggest river, runs through the entire city,is a system of city sewage emissions largest accepted three drainage system inChangchun City, the city’s sewage quantity about65%into the Yitong River drainagesystem. The main source of pollution in the Yitong River sewage main pipelineleakage in river and sewage directly discharged into the river. To improve the qualityof the environment in Yitong River, lies in the transformation of the Yitong Riversewage main pipe. The existing sewage main pipeline of Yitong River river, due to alonger service life, difficult clogging, dredging, the serious leakage. In addition, theHanoi Yitong River sewage trunk pipes along the building earlier, many new sewage,confluence pipeline no access it directly into the Yitong river. Therefore, the review ofdischarge port, and the transformation of the sewage main pipe to improve the Yitongriver environment, and protect the Songhua River water quality is very necessary andurgent.This paper focuses on the sewage trunk on the free bridge to bridge section ofYitong Hanoi Dongrong tube are studied. To solve the difficult problem in design bycomparison, analysis methods:(1) according to the drainage network of the old cityespecially confluence pipe network analysis, to determine the short-term firstinterception transformation of sewage trunk of the type, for the long-term completelysolve the combined system within the catchment area of rain, sewage diversiontransformation to prepare.(2) the sewage interception trunk pipe location and layoutis selected, identified in the river east, West cross-strait dike outside, are respectivelyarranged sewage interception trunk form, and the plane design.(3) according to thepipeline is located in relatively dense regions of the building, excavation working faceno big range, the sewage line basic mechanical pipe jacking construction, localsewage branch access by the design of excavation. Greatly reduce the effect of pipeline construction on the surrounding road traffic, and shorten the constructionperiod, reduce the cost of demolition.(4) the calculation and prediction of YitongRiver catchment area sewage discharge, the east coast main line to determine thesewage pipe diameter is d1800-d2400mm; the West Coast main line isd2000-d3000mm in diameter sewage.(5) analyzing geological condition of thepipeline location, through various forms of selection of pipe jacking, determined bythe mechanical pipe jacking method construction and the slurry balance pipe jackingdesign.
