Based on the comparative analysis of the climatic characteristics of typical hot-summer areas in Guangzhou and Hangzhou,it is found that the human comfort in hot-summer and cold-winter areas is not as good as that in hot-summer and warm-winter areas.Energy-saving of the building is particularly important in hot summer and cold winter areas.The orientation selection,layout and enclosure structure of farmhouse construction in hot summer areas are summarized.With the selection of material technology and other issues,this paper emphatically analyses the material and construction technology advantages of the new type of exterior wall thermal insulation system without demolition formwork and its potential application advantages in hot summer and cold winter areas.In a typical hot summer and cold winter area-Taizhou,EPS module is used for demonstration construction of green farmhouse,and EPS module for green farmhouse in summer and winter is studied.The effects of seasonal thermal performance and indoor relative humidity and diatom mud coating on indoor relative humidity of green farmhouse were studied.(1)The wall of the farmhouse built with EPS module showed good thermal insulation performance.Under the condition that the lowest temperature in winter is-10°C,the indoor temperature of the northern room can still reach 2.8°C,and that of the southern room can reach 4.5°C or more.In summer,when the meteorological temperature is between 33°C and 36°C,the indoor temperature keeps about 30°C.Without shading,the temperature of the southern room is slightly higher,the highest is33.2°C,while the temperature on the northern room is slightly lower,the highest is32.4°C.The comprehensive heat transfer coefficient of the east wall of the northern room is about 0.60 W/m~2·K,and that of the southern room is about 0.15 W/m~2·K,both of which is significantly lower than that required by the Chinese Standard(JGJ134-2010)for Energy Conservation Design of Residential Buildings in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Areas.As compared with the theoretical heat transfer coefficient of the modular wall,the former is larger,while the latter is smaller.The reason is that the solar radiation exists in the Southern room,and the insulation performance of the windows of the northern room is poor.(2)The RH test showed that the outdoor humidity in hot summer and cold winter areas was significantly higher at night,while on the daytime the humidity was lower.As compared to the original houses,no matter how the outdoor relative humidity changes,the indoor RH of the newly-built farm-house is lower than that of the original house,which may be related to the obvious higher air-tightness of the newly-built houses.It is found that diatom mud coating cannot effectively reduce the indoor RH of EPS module green farmhouse,but lead to higher indoor relative humidity and poorer living comfort.Therefore,the indoor humidity adjusting function of the diatom mud coating is very limited in the summer of the obvious hot-summer and cold-winter area.It is still necessary to adjust the humidity properly through the dehumidification function of air conditioning. |
