| With the coming of energy crisis and the environment growing worse , every country is paying more attention to the research, and have building a lot of outstanding ecological and energy-efficient buildings. In 1970's, the researching of eco-technology and energy-efficient technology started in China, But it drops behind the developed countries, it is just about the studying and researching of theories of the eco-ecological and energy-efficient technology, and these succeed buildings are fewer. The keys of designing and building of the ecological and energy-efficient buildings are how to deal with the practical buildings better, such as, how to analyse the natural condition; how to use the ecological strategies in designing; how to solve the ecological and energy-efficient technology in detail, and so on . So, it is necessary to pay more attention to researching and carrying out the ecological and energy-efficient technology in China, so as to, it will be practical and feasible on the designing and building ecological and energy-efficient buildings. To think over the state of China, it is more necessary to research and search after the ecological strategies and energy-efficient technology, and design and reconstruct the buildings by the ecological and energy-efficient technology, and make them be some modern, ecological and regional buildings in China. In order to design a ecological and energy-efficient residence, in this paper, thinking over the state in the regions with warm summer and cold winter(Hunan Province), kinds of ecological strategies and energy-efficient technology are analyzed and applied.The paper consists of five chapters. In chapter one, the researching and developing of ecological buildings in home and overseas are analyzed.In chapter two, the designed and built ecological and energy-efficient residences in home and overseas are studied, and the common ecological strategies and energy-efficient technology are summarized. In chapter three, the natural condition in the regions with warm summer and cold winter(Hunan Province) and the character of traditional houses in Hunan Province are analyzed and studied, and the ecological strategies and energy-efficient technology in traditional houses are summarized. In chapter four, the ecological strategies and energy-efficient technology suited the regions with warm summer and cold winter(Hunan Province) are analyzed. In chapter five, after considering the condition of the regions with warm summer and cold winter(Hunan Province), the ecological strategies and energy-efficient technology are carried out to practise designing the ecological and energy-efficient residences. |
