| At present,China’s building energy consumption accounts for more than 40%of the total social energy consumption,and increases at a rate of 1%per year.In addition,compared with the countries with similar climate,the heating energy consumption per unit building area in China is 2 to 3 times that of the other countries.If the development of high energy consumption buildings has not been effectively replaced and restrained,it is possible that the growth rate of energy production in China will not meet the growth rate of building energy consumption,and when energy quantity demanded exceeds supply,it will endanger the safety of all aspects of our country,so it is imperative to save energy and reduce emissions.In view of energy security,passive technology has been introduced in the construction industry in recent years.The technology makes full use of natural resources such as geographical location and climatic conditions to achieve the purpose of energy saving.Passive technology was first introduced into the cold areas of northern China,and good results have been achieved,while passive architecture in hot summer and cold winter areas has just started,and passive technology is not yet mature.In order to further the call of national energy security,reduce the energy consumption of buildings in the service cycle,and reduce the proportion of buildings in China’s energy consumption,it is urgent and important to carry out passive buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas.This paper takes the typical passive house in Chengdu,hot summer and cold winter area as the research object,uses the Sketch Up software to establish the calculation model,then exports the IDF file to the energy consumption simulation software EP-Launch,sets the parameters corresponding to different working conditions and carries on the numerical simulation,The annual energy consumption and human comfort index of passive room under each working condition are obtained,etc.In this paper,the influence of building orientation,insulation material of enclosure structure,all-hot fresh air integrated machine,sunshade and window wall ratio on the performance of passive room is studied.The results show that:comprehensive analysis of the influence of community orientation on community ventilation and individual building orientation on indoor lighting and ventilation,the orientation of buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas should be 0-22.5°south-west;the relationship between thickness and performance of different heat insulation materials is nonlinear,and the optimum heat insulation thickness exists in each heat insulation material;the whole heat integrated fresh air machine gear has different effect on indoor temperature control during three air conditioning periods in one year;the external shadow should adopt horizontal shadow mode,and the vertical shadow effect is not good;when the ratio of the whole window wall of the building is 0.3,the total time when the indoor temperature does not reach the set point suddenly decreases,which is greater than 0.35After indoor lighting energy consumption unchanged.Combined with the geographical location of the object,the architectural orientation of the object is determined to be south-west 22°,Fixed building facing back,According to the influence of thermal insulation material on refrigeration and heating capacity,Selection of thermal insulation materials(5 kinds)and corresponding thickness,use gear(27 kinds)for different time periods,temperature of thermostatic controller(winter heating,summer cooling opening temperature),selection of internal shading materials(5kinds),The combination of passive house design strategies(5×27×6=810).Further combined with the existing passive housing performance impact mechanism analysis,Reduce the use of all-heat fresh air integrated machine gear at different times,The combination strategy is reduced to 5×4×6=120.When the temperature of a constant temperature controller is 18-26°,Number and simulate 120 combinations,After comprehensive analysis,It is concluded that the design strategy combination 50 is the optimal scheme under the design strategy combination,graphite polystyrene board(150 mm)should be selected for thermal insulation material of passive room in hot summer and cold winter;External shading selection horizontal active shading;Different window height shade width,The relationship a sunshade width d and window height is d=a/(2tan60~o);The inner shade use window screening material should choose polyester,Curtain material should choose linen cloth;Full heat fresh air integrated machine in summer refrigeration gear to 2 or 3 gear(Refrigeration power greater than 3.88 KW),winter heating gear fixed at 2 gear(Cooling power is 2.14 KW).Under this condition,the relative energy saving percentage of passive room is more than 58%,and the proportion of comfort time is more than 74%. |
