Research On Schedule Management Of B-Level Maintenance Project For A Gas Power Plant

At present Most power plant schedule maintenance time according to 《 Guide of maintenance for power plant equipment》(DL/T838-2003)which released a long time ago.Up to now,this guideline has some limitations.for example lacks the consideration of resource equipment,potential failure of equipment and other restraining factors on the progress of overhaul project.As the power system began a new round of reform in 2015,power plants in all provinces and cities were required to gradually participate in bidding for electricity generated,more stringent requirements were put forward for power plants’ production and their operation equipment.Reliability.Regular maintenance of the power plant usually takes 45 to 60 days,which involves large workload,large number of participants and frequent occurrence of emergencies.A little mismanagement will delay the progress of the plant and delay the normal operation of the unit.A gas power plant’s three sets units were completed in 2014.It has been completed #1,#2,#3 units’ C-level maintenance and #1 unit’s B-level maintenance by the regulation.#2 unit will be going to B-level maintenance,combined with the first B-level maintenance of #1 unit.This paper in order to find out the restrictive factors of project schedule management,and uses the critical chain method to optimize the progress of #2 unit’s B-level maintenance management,It is estimated that the B-level maintenance project can be completed 12 days in advance on the basis of the original planned construction period,and a series of progress guarantee measures can be adopted on this basis to meet the requirements of the planned improvement construction period.Scientific progress management method can not only improve the maintenance management level of the whole plant,but also increase the economic benefits,which is of great significance for A gas power plant to stand out in the power market competition and continue healthy development.
