Research On The Supply Of Public Information Servies For Hihgway In Hubei Province

Expressway is an important infrastructure for the development of modern economy and society.It has made great contributions to improving China's transportation and promoting the national economy,and has continued to develop in the direction of informationization and intelligence.With the rapid development of the mobile Internet,the public's demand for expressway public information is increasingly diverse.Currently,the supply of public information services is still dominated by the government,and supplemented by the operation units of road sections.They have overlapped in the investment of public information funding.The supply information is still insufficient in terms of accuracy,timeliness,diversity,interactivity,and satisfaction.Travelers' demand for expressway public information is different and more and more vigorous.There is a certain preference to acquire the related information,so the contradiction between supply and demand is still severe.This paper takes Hubei Province as an example to conduct an empirical study,and analyzes the existing state of the supply of public information services on expressway,and analyzes the problems and causes.This paper believes that the supply subjects are diversified,but each section is separated,and data sharing needs to be improved.Supply content is comprehensive,but lacks specificity.Real-time information updating is lagged behind.Information supply lacks initiative and interactivity and relies too much on manual services to improve service efficiency.It is mainly due to the long-term separation of industry supervision and operation management.The province's public information supply strategy development plan hasn't been established.It lacks the relevant rules and regulations.In addition,public information service supply lacks public participation and assessment supervision and evaluation mechanism.Finally,this paper proposes targeted measures to improve the public information service level of expressway in Hubei Province.Firstly,formulate the supply strategy of public information service,accelerate the transformation of government functions,give full play to the market mechanisms,optimize existing public information services,integrate data platforms to achieve data sharing.Secondly,enhance the construction of relevant laws and regulations,and explore the legislation of public information services.Thirdly,increase the special fund budget and strengthen implementation supervision.Fourthly,build a public information service performance evaluation system and hope to provide an effective reference for the reform of the supply side of public information services in the expressway sector.
