The development of new energy vehicles is a fundamental measure to solve the problem of environmental pollution and energy consumption.Therefore,the investment and construction of new energy vehicles is imperative.At present,the new energy automobile industry is a strategic emerging industry with high investment and high risk.If there is a directional error in the construction or a mistake in the construction process,it will have a huge impact on the investment enterprises of new energy vehicles.Therefore,it is necessary to combine the actual situation of the development of new energy automobile industry objectively,to study the risks of investment and construction of such projects;to identify the risk situation of project investment and construction,and to evaluate the risks,to determine the key areas of risk and risk management.The priority of the project,the uncertainty of project investment construction,thus providing valuable reference and decision-making and management support for new energy vehicle construction project investment enterprises.This paper draws on the author's management experience in the development and construction of the automobile industry,and selects the company's enterprise,Jiangsu Yueda Investment Co.,Ltd.,to invest in the construction of Huaqi New Energy Automobile Factory Project as the research object,and proposes the risk management research of the company's investment in the project.Project management and risk management tools and methods,carry out risk identification,evaluation,response and control of project investment and construction,aim to explore the risk characteristics of Huaqi New Energy Vehicle Construction Project,combing and constructing the project risk identification and evaluation The framework establishes a matching risk evaluation index system,attempts to use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry out risk evaluation,and proposes risk response and management.The full text is divided into seven chapters according to the basic content of project risk management.Firstly,the thesis expounds the background and significance of the research and the ideas and methods of the research.Then it summarizes the relevant theories and methods according to the research needs,and combs and summarizes the research dynamics at home and abroad.Then it is briefly introduced.Based on the situation of Huaqi New Energy Vehicle Construction Project,the necessity of carrying out project risk management was discussed.Then,the risk source of Huaqi New Energy Vehicle Construction Project was identified and analyzed by means of risk checklist and accident tree analysis.Key risk factors such as new energy vehicle technology,market development,policy and environment,and project self-construction were identified.Then,the group decision-making feature root method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were used to evaluate the project's risk factors,and the project investment was determined.The overall risk level of the construction is at a high level.Finally,according to the ideas and steps of project risk management research and actual risk management,Huaqi New Energy Vehicle Construction Project is discussed from the perspectives of risk aversion,risk mitigation,risk transfer and risk retention.Risk response and management strategies until Went concluded the study.Generally speaking,this paper proposes the risk management research of Huaqi New Energy Vehicle Construction Project,which can provide important reference and practice for Jiangsu Yueda Investment Co.,Ltd.to carry out risk management work.
