| Along with the development of modern power system,the direction of rapid development is high voltage,automatic and intelligent.The requirement of electric equipment reliability is increasing.This requires that electrical equipment must be run long time and stable.The overheating of electrical equipment on the operation is one of the main reasons that lead to failure.Therefore,real-time monitoring and recording of power equipment‘s temperature has become a urgent issue that about the safe operation of power system equipment.To improve the reliability of the electrical equipment is urgently demand.Because of many power equipment operating at high voltage conditions,manual check has shown a safe hidden trouble.The temperature measurement system can be classified into three types according to transmission mode: Ordinary cables,fiber optic and wireless transmission.The first two both are cable transmission.Their shortcomings include hard wire layout,can‘t tolerate high temperatures,easily broken.Therefore,the wireless temperature sensor network becomes a good solution.Firstly,we analyzes the actual application of wireless sensors in China and abroad,and refers to the application of wireless sensors in other fields.This thesis also discusses the application of wireless temperature sensor networks in the field of temperature measurement of primary power systems.The concept,working method and network structure of wireless sensor network are introduced in detail.It also analyzes the composition of nodes that make up the wireless sensor network.In this thesis,the hardware components of the four major modules of the wireless sensor network node are analyzed in detail,meanwhile,the common type and advantages and disadvantages of each module are analyzed.According to the actual requirements for the temperature measurement of a primary device,a hardware composition plan for the primary temperature sensor of the primary transformer substation was formulated.Based on the practical requirements of primary equipment operation and maintenance in substations,this article considerately analyzes the functional requirements of the primary temperature measurement system monitoring software and the platforms required for software development.According to the different function modules of temperature measurement system monitoring software,this thesis introduces the process of software development using Visual Basic platform and Access database.The development process mainly includes the drawing of various functional graphical interfaces,the selection and application of controls,and the preparation of corresponding codes.Finally,the practical application of wireless temperature sensor and temperature measurement system monitoring software is elaborated.The software can normally configure each wireless temperature sensor node,can normally receive and store the temperature data sent by each node in the database,realizing the function of real-time curve of temperature data drawing,abnormal temperature alarm and historical data investigation. |
