Electrical connector is a quite important fundamental electromechanical component in various types of equipment,which used to transmit and control signals.Meanwhile,it's very significant for the reliability of whole system.The contact resistance of electrical connecter is a vital index of electrical connecter property,and the value of contact resistance affects the reliability of the connection.It would be related to the research of two-stress interaction of temperature and plug in the accelerated life test under the electrical connector storage section.It would be achieved the evaluation of the life of electrical connector through measuring the changes of contact resistance.At present,most measurements of electrical contact resistance and plug are carried out manually,which have caused many problems including of large contact resistance measurement error,inefficient and costs increase.In view of this situation,this paper has developed an on-line measurement system with automatic insertion and pulling device.In the first chapter,the research background,purpose and significance of this paper are clarified,and analyzed the reasons for the formation of contact resistance,measuring method and plug influence on contact resistance.online measuring contact resistance of the equipment domestic and foreign research present situation and existing problems are analyzed and summarized.Ultimately the research content of this article ware put forward.In the second chapter,first of all,the object of this paper was introduced,then,analysis the performance requirements and tasks of online measuring equipment based on the analyses of object.The power source and transmission mechanism are analyzed and selected,and Determine the location of the electrical connector.And the overall scheme of mechanical plug and acquisition circuit design was carried out.In the third chapter,according to the overall design scheme and the plug principle of Y11 P series clasp type electric connector,for the insertion device plug clamping device,socket clamping device,frame and heating equipment unit has carried on the design and the parameter of key parts has been calculated and selected.In addition,the interpolation error of the electrical connector and the error chain of the inserted device are analyzed.In the fourth chapter,the data acquisition circuit is designed,including the data acquisition card,the selection of the constant current source,and multi-circuit check analog switching circuit and multistage amplifying circuit design.The data acquisition software was developed with Visual Basic 6.0,and the on-line acquisition and real-time curve of contact resistance data of multiple electrical connectors were realized.In the fifth chapter,insertion of the designed device performance,circuit and software of the automatic acquisition function and the heating function of the heating unit test,through the experiment proved that this system can accomplish the desired function.And the on-line measuring system is used to the accelerated degradation test of electrical connector under the stress of plugging.In the sixth chapter,using the designed equipment,study the influence of the interaction of the plug-temperature on the contact performance of the electrical connector,the interactive test scheme was designed,and the statistical analysis of the test data was carried out.In the seventh chapter,the paper summarizes the whole work of this article,and proposes the further research direction.
