XNZB Company EPC Project Schedule Control Research

In today's social and economic rapid development,project construction as a way of investment has been increasingly widely used,only with the design,procurement,construction of EPC project management model is becoming more and more the EPC project management mode can make the design,procurement,construction of cross homework on time,significantly shorten project construction period.Project schedule management as a core problem of project management,also is particularly important in the EPC management mode,how to control the project schedule is very good used in EPC project,and make it finish,this paper is to solve the main problem,the progress of the good control covers a variety of control theory and methods,combined with practical engineering,this paper mainly use the work breakdown structures,critical path analysis and network plan technology method,the study of the project.In this paper,based on XNZB EPC project company as the carrier,to control the project progress to do a deeper research.First of all,in this paper,starting from the characteristics XNZB company EPC project research,analyze the problems of the project,find out the key factors restricting the EPC project schedule.Secondly,this paper studies XNZB company EPC project schedule planning process and key points of making use of working methods of structure decomposition and critical path analysis,establishes a set of the EPC project schedule system,from the aspects of progress check,deviation,adjust the project schedule control.Finally,summarized and refined research conclusion of this article.Through the schedule management in EPC XNZB company specific application in the process of project construction,establish the project schedule management system,achieve the goal of control progress.Make the XNZB company to establish the project schedule management system played a template used for reference in other projects in future,for the same project construction also has played a very good reference.
