With the rapid development of technology,the people's demands of the automobile safety and comfort becoming higher.Added electronic control modules for the automotive bus bring greater load strength.How to ensure the audio and video image data interaction and guarantee transmission speed at the same time,has become the focus of the automotive industry.The article was based on Ethernet and designed a audio and video push hardware system based on automotive Ethernet AVB.This system can realize the lip transmission of audio and video on the vehicle,replacing the current vehicle video bus.The future can be better service for the 360-degree look around system,ADAS system,pre-collision and other systems.The main content of study is as follows.To fully investigate and study the theoretical basis of vehicle Ethernet and development at home and abroad to the current market demand for the vehicle industry as the background,and comparison of the current advantages and disadvantages of vehicle network technology to explore the feasibility of the development of automotive Ethernet AVB.Designed a circuit board for verifying the actual connectivity and the real transfer rate of the vehicle-mounted Ethernet.The program is based on NXP's TJA1100 transceiver chip.Using its advantage in the Reserves MII mode,to carry on the BACK-TO-BACK circuit hardware design,focusing on the TJA1100 hardware environment to build.To build a vehicle-mounted Ethernet audio and video push hardware platform.This solution is based on the core board of Freescale's IMX6 Q development board.The TJA1100 transceiver-based expansion board is designed to be different from the MII interface of the TJA1100 on the BACK-TO-BACK module in the verification environment.The core and expansion boards are configured in RMII mode to connection by FEC Ethernet control.The test of the Ethernet audio and video push platform is carried out.Using three development boards as the Ethernet nodes,one as a host,two as slaves,to realize the effect of lip synchronous play of automotive Ethernet AVB.As a frontier technology research,this paper provides a reference for automotive manufacturers to develop onboard Ethernet nodes or to build the on-board AVB environment in the future.
