Automotive Ethernet technology is widely regarded by the automotive industry as the next generation of mainstream in-vehicle network technology due to its high bandwidth,high openness and strong scalability.However,the current automotive Ethernet technology and its SOME/IP protocol are still unavailable,and there is a lack of relevant documents and actual solutions on this new technology.Therefore,a camera module of automotive Ethernet based on SOME/IP protocol was designed in this thesis as the entry points to research the automotive Ethernet technology,which is considered as the main application scenarios of automotive Ethernet.Applying automotive Ethernet technology to the real scenarios is of great significance for the development of vehicle camera.The specific work of this thesis is as follows:Firstly,this thesis investigated the current research status of automotive Ethernet technology and SOME/IP protocol at home and abroad,clarified the idea that automotive Ethernet camera will become the mainstream in the future,and pointed out the current problem existing in the automotive Ethernet technology.Then,an overall design scheme of this automotive Ethernet camera system is given,and the key technologies such as automotive Ethernet,SOME/IP protocol and RTP/RTCP protocol were introduced and analyzed based on the specifically solution.Meanwhile,a static SOME/IP-SD protocol is studied and designed in this thesis.Secondly,the hardware and software design of this camera module was completed.This thesis built a hardware platform based on STM32F407 and TJA1000,designed the specific communication method in the module.Then,the software architecture,communication protocol and software implementation of the module are given.The module uses SOME/IP protocol to complete the control message communication,and uses RTP/RTCP protocol to complete the real-time transmission of image data.At the same time,the design and implementation method of the relevant upper computer program is introduced.Finally,the system test platform was built.This thesis carried out the function test includes the communication control and image display of the module,analyzed the performance parameters such as packet loss rate,system delay and startup delay,verified the reliability of the module under pressure conditions.The test results show that the automotive Ethernet camera module studied in this thesis realizes the encapsulation and control of the camera service through the SOME/IP protocol,and completes stable and smooth playback under the condition of two million pixels.The maximum system end-toend delay of this module is 42 ms,which satisfies the system delay requirement within 50 ms of the vehicle network camera.The startup delay is 1641 ms,which meets the fast start requirement within 2 seconds.This module achieves the expected research goals.
