At the present stage,the electronic components on the vehicle network segment are connected to the CAN bus backbone network,which increases the network load of the CAN bus,thus complicating the network,and increasing the CAN bus with high load.It is a feasible method to realize the ground communication between different types of bus networks through the on-board Ethernet switch in order to realize the interconnection between CAN bus technology and more advanced on-board Ethernet technology.Based on the in-depth study of CAN bus technology and on-board Ethernet technology,in today's automotive development trend for the demand background,comparing the advantages and disadvantages of vehicle network technology,design a vehicle based on SJA1105 Ethernet switches,and to verify the performance of the on-board Ethernet switch through the audio and video technology.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,the protocol characteristics,protocol layering and data transmission characteristics of CAN bus technology and on-board Ethernet technology are analyzed and summarized in detail.Based on the switch model,the characteristics of the switch and the working principle of the switch,the design idea of the on-board Ethernet switch is put forward.Secondly,through the analysis of the hardware platform of the on-board switch,it is determined that SJA1105 is the on-board Ethernet controller,at mean time TJA1041 is the CAN controller.The hardware circuit and the hardware clock are designed around the characteristics of the SJA1105 chip.At the same time,the PCB conversion board is designed.Finally,the Ethernet controller driver is modified to conform to the AVB protocol stack,and the conversion of AVB protocol and CAN protocol in the on-board Ethernet switch is realized through Gstreamer transplantation.The test is based on the network connectivity,communication time,protocol conversion performance and bus load of the on-board Ethernet switch.As a leading technology research,which provides a reference for the development of on-board Ethernet switch in automobile manufacturers.
