The trend of auto-driving and networking has promoted the innovation and development of in-vehicle networks.The advanced driver assistance system represented by the automotive panoramic surround system has produced a large-capacity video stream.In order to meet the growing demand for in-vehicle bandwidth,automotive Ethernet has become a hot research topic in the field of automotive communications.Based on this,through the research on the key technology of the automotive Ethernet panoramic view system,a panoramic surround view demonstration system that meets the real-time requirements of the vehicle is designed.The key technologies of the automotive Ethernet panoramic view system include two aspects: the selection design of the automotive Ethernet hardware platform and the development of excellent image stitching algorithms.In terms of hardware platform design,the structure of the hardware platform is first confirmed.Through analysis and research on the automotive Ethernet products on the market,the core chips of the Ethernet gateway and the core chip of the audio and video platform are analyzed and selected.The interface circuit,the power management module and the functional module circuit are analyzed and designed on the expansion board to confirm the hardware platform solution.The hardware platform uses automotive Ethernet as the transmission medium.It is connected through the RMII or MII interfaces of each node to build a panoramic view system that supports the AVB protocol.In the experimental verification process,two experiments were designed to verify the system connectivity and AVB protocol.The results show the panoramic surround system met the expected requirements in data transmission efficiency and clock synchronization effect of each node.In the aspect of image stitching algorithm of the surround system,the traditional high-real-time ORB algorithm is too poorly accurate.Wavelet processing,the scale space and RANSAC algorithm are used to remove the mismatch to compensate for the low precision of the original algorithm.At the same time,the real-time performance of the improved algorithm is not greatly affected.In order to verify the effectiveness of the improved algorithm,three sets of image processing comparison experiments were designed.The experimental results show the superiority of the improved algorithm compared with the traditional algorithm.Through the research on the key technologies of the automotive Ethernet panoramic view system,a panoramic surround view demonstration system based on the automotive Ethernet was built,which realized the correct stitching of multiple images.As an emerging vehicle network communication technology,the automotive Ethernet technology will provide inspiration and reference for the subsequent development of Panoramic surround system applications.
