The Application Research Of Multi-Biological Effects In Industrial Design

Since May 11,2015,series of special reports about Asked in Made in China are gradually broadcast in the CCTV Live News.In the program,Professor Liu Guanzhong,Academy of Arts & Design,Tsinghua University,pointed out that,most of the innovations in current China,were the improvement in the appearance.There are almost no real Original innovation.Now in the field of engineering design,China has a relatively complete knowledge base for assistive innovation or a corresponding innovative approach,such as TRIZ,EFFECT BASE.After learning or training,people can quickly grasp and use these auxiliary tools,however,the products designed by these auxiliary tools lack beauty and it is easy to ignore the humanized design.The designers always have a rich aesthetic knowledge,theoretical research and Design practice in the field of art design,but they are always limited to the appearance of the product design innovation,they can hardly make corresponding innovations in function,material,texture and so on.The creatures of nature are capable of completing a series of functions through their own body,also they have a very attractive beauty.They are human's inexhaustible inspiration.But like the development of industrial design,the development of bionic design is facing the same issue,function and beauty can not be perfectly mutual unified.The products designed by bionic design always focus on a point of view of innovation,lacking overall synchronous innovations on functions,pose and so on.Based on this,the paper starts from this aspect,studying on the following aspects:1?Through the research on the domestic and foreign industrial design theory and knowledge,this paper finds out that Norman's EMOTIONAL DESIGN can resolve contradictions between the product's practicability and beauty.Based on this,this paper classified the application of multi-biological effects from three levels of design,and obtain users' s requirements based classification respectively,aiming to apply multi-biological effects to industrial design and resolve contradictions between the product's practicability and beauty.2?Firstly,the applications of multi-biological effects start from the phase of behavior level design,through the product function,use biological knowledge aids to query a biological prototype,use the biological effects to solve this phase of the functional problems and form a guiding process.Secondly,use the specific biological prototype to explore the application of multi-biological effects at the instinctive level and reflection level design stage,Expanding the application of multi-biological effects.Finally,according to the exploration of three levels of the design stage of the use of multi-biological effects,form a process for guiding the application of multi-biological effects on industrial design.3?Taking Anti-fog haze masks as a design case,this paper explores the program based on the application process of multi-biological effects on industrial design,at last,evaluate the design results by questionnaire and concurrent design.
