As the development of medical level and computer technology,MSCT machine has been widely used in clinical medicine due to its special diagnostic value.It is known that the unreasonable design of medical equipment will reduce the patient's comfort,make it easy to produce the negative emotions,such as tension and anxiety,which violated the product design principle of "people-oriented".At present,there is less emotional design research of medical equipment in the domestic,especially for the appearance design of the MSCT machine,not form a system of research methods and processes.Make the emotional design into product design process to meet usage requirements and emotional needs,which will improve the added value of CT machine,so as to improve the market competitiveness of China's medical enterprise.The research of MSCT machine's appearance is based on the emotional design,which put forward a set of product design process that make the emotional needs to product physical elements.This process is mainly divided into four parts,the first part is the cognitive stage,as fully understand research theory and research methods.Through the discussion of basic theory of emotional design,this paper summed up three hierarchical design requirements aim at CT machine appearance design,in order to guide the user requirement analysis.The second part is the investigation stage.The users of MSCT machine can be divided into three kinds,the doctors,patients and operators,administered to the three kinds of people,to explore the user demand,then classifying demand point to instinct level,behavior level and reflection level.The third part is logic carding,this part uses the clustering analysis method to extract perceptual words associated with CT products,establishing the orthogonal experiment to extract the typical samples,using the six perceptual word of typical samples making SD questionnaire,using the mathematical analysis to make factor analyze with the design elements of the product,it is concluded that the influence degree of each factor on the perceptual word.The fourth part is a product design practice and evaluation stage.Respectively to the CT machine,the test bed,modelling of control system,color,material,making practice,putting forward different design scheme,building 3D models and renderings,comparing practice results with the initial sample,and surveying the matching degree between each scheme with perceptual demand.Through summary analysis of emotional design theories and methods,carries on the weight analysis to the user needs,and carries on the classification according to the instinct level,the behavior level,the reflection level.Extract six groups of emotional words as perceptual evaluation criteria.Feature samples are selected by orthogonal test.The influence weight of the physical elements of the product is obtained by using the SD questionnaire.Finally,the conclusion of the investigation in each stage is summarized by using the analytic hierarchy process,and then the product design practice is carried out,and put forward new direction of the future man-machine interface design on medical equipment,providing effective basis for the design of new products in the domestic medical enterprise.
