| Radical innovation is important for enterprises to realize technology upgrading and improve the independent innovation ability,It has been widely proved that innovation knowledge is an important driving force for mechanical product radical innovation.The biological knowledge has always been important source to inspire new innovation.To apply biological knowledge effectively in mechanical product radical innovation will have broad application prospect.There are a lot of principles in natural that can be usd by people for reference,these principles can be knowledge source for using radical innovation to solve the problem.With continuous development of bionics in recent decades,products that simulate biological principle increasingly appeared in all fields,which made great contribution to mankind.Previous bionic design mainly focused on the simulation of a specific biological,studied frist and then drew lessons from it.Restricted by different disciplines,the biological principle acquired by designers were not comprehensive and relatively limited,which led to low application rate and became the obstacles in bionics design.This paper is aimed to use biological knowledge to guide radical innovation of mechanical product.Firstly,extended the concept of multi biological effects,translation and summarized a large number of typical biological cases,and stored them in a knowledge base software as a specific form,which would be initial knowledge source of radical innovation.Then analyzed several basic implementation patterns of biological functions,as guidance for bionic design process and important reference for biological knowledge engineering transform.Finally put forward the multi biological effects coordinated by multi species,used it to guide radical innovation design,this method used biological knowledge exist in multiple species to guide radical innovation product design.The main contents in this paper include the following aspects:Firstly,this article introduced the concept of "multi biological effect".And on the basis of abundant biological samples that Asknature offers,sorted out some typical biological cases,expressed each case in engineering way,stored these biological cases in the software of multi biological effects knowledge base.Secondly,on the basis of the study above,chose some typical cases in the software of multi biological effects knowledge base to analyze,summarize several basic patterns of multi biological effects implementation model,formed engineering classification method of multi biological effect implementation process,which can be applied to design component.Then proposed radical innovation product design method based on the reference of multi biological effects exists in different species,and put forward the design process.Finally,took the conceptual design of automatic collect water equipment in island area as an example,verified the correctness,scientificalness and practical applicability of the above theory,tools and design methods. |
