The speed of population aging is accelerating continually in our country,meanwhile the number of bedridden patients injured in the accidents is pretty huge.Consequently,the nursing work for the elderly and bedridden patient is very heavy,especially regular massage is needed for the muscle tissue of the prolonged pressure parts to prevent bedsores.The object of study in this paper is the percussion massage therapy,which is one of the traditional Chinese massage therapies.The author studied the percussion massage dynamic mechanism in two ways,one is the establishment and solution of the percussion massage dynamic equation,the other is the numerical simulation method.In order to study the mechanism of percussion massage and the transmission laws of percussion massage force,a flexible percussion massage system experimental platform based on the vibration using technology is established.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Based on the deep summary of research status of clinical research on the massage techniques biomechanical and the analysis of domestic and foreign research on the massage and rehabilitation products,a one-sided impact model describing the interaction between the bionic flexible cantilever and skin tissue is presented according to the percussion massage therapy.Then the dynamic aspect of the percussion massage technique is investigated based on this simplified model.2.According to the simplification of the flexible cantilever mechanism implement percussion massage movement,this movement is taken as a spring mass damper system one-sided harmonic impact.The dynamic equation is established based on this model.The amplitude-frequency response function of percussion massage is deduced by the use of average method.Finally,numerical integration method is used to calculate the response rules of the percussion massage under different initial conditions,which provides a theoretical basis for the further study of the percussion massage mechanism.3.A flexible percussion massage system experimental platform is established and the flexible percussion massage arm of the system is designed and analyzed.Using acceleration sensor and OFV-505/5000 single point laser vibration measurer to test the vibration signals of the percussion massage arm through the LMS vibration signal acquisition and analysis system.The changing law of the percussion signals under different initial conditions is studied.Finally,the spreading law of percussion massage force along skin surface is studied through the percussion test on the two kinds of skin models,which provide a quantitative reference for the evaluation of percussion massage effect.
