With the frequent occurrence of vessel bridge collision accident,The collision of vessel and bridge has seriously threatened the safety of Bridges and the smooth traffic,and even threatened the safety of people’s life and property.Therefore,it is necessary to study the collision between vessel and bridge.The collision load of vessel and bridge has become a very important content which must be considered in the design and operation of bridge.The main contents of this dissertation are as follows:(1)In order to obtain effective collision data,the test scheme is designed according to the purpose of the test.After the completion of the fabrication,maintenance,installation and equipment debugging of pier specimens,the horizontal impact test of reinforced concrete pier was carried out successfully.(2)ANSYS/ ls-dyna finite element software was used to simulate the horizontal impact test of reinforced concrete pier.Then the time history curve of the impact force calculated is compared with the time history curve of the impact force measured in the test to verify the accuracy of the numerical simulation.(3)The main factors affecting the peak of impact force are analyzed by finite element numerical simulation,Then Matlab software is used to carry out nonlinear fitting for the peak data calculated by the finite element numerical model.A simplified formula for calculating the peak of impact force under the condition of horizontal impact test of reinforced concrete pier is derived.(4)The value of K in the simplified formula of peak impact force is studied.By means of finite element numerical simulation,the experimental model is expanded,and The value rule of K in the simplified formula of peak impact force under the impact of ship,barge,etc.(5)According to the principle of momentum conservation,the equivalent static force is obtained by the time history curve of impact force.Then each equivalent static force is compared with its corresponding peak of impact force,and the relationship between equivalent static force and peak of impact force is obtained through statistics.Finally,the simplified formula of impact force is modified by taking the pier of ship impact engineering as an example,and the modified simplified formula of impact force is compared with the standard formula,so as to verify the reliability of the modified simplified formula of impact force.
